Google Play Store Not on Phone !

What should be done if Google Play Store is not working?

Play store is an app that we take for granted but what if it stops working? We feel that something important has been snatched from us.

Let us now know the steps to be taken if the Google Play Store is not working.

*      Force close the Google Play Store: Sometimes force close is what you need to make things work. In order to force close this, you have to go to settings. Then on the application. You have to then access the Google Play Store and hit on “Force Stop”.

*      Air plane mode: Just switch on and off the Air plane mode and this can help in getting the Google Play Store back on track.

*      Toggle Wi-Fi on and off: Similar to Air plane mode, you have to toggle the Wi-Fi. Sometimes, your network may have a simple connection issue. Therefore, toggle around Wi-Fi and play around with your Google Play Store.

*      Restart your phone: The technology is something that needs a smack to work properly. A reboot done to your phone can be of great help. Generally, it takes a minute or two but very often fixes the problem.

*      Wipe the Google Play Store Cache: If there are cache in your phone, it can reduce the data usage and speed up loading times. The bad part is that the old data can pile up and cause a problem. So we should clear the cache. In order to do this, head over to settings and select “app”. Look for Google Play Store. You will find a “clear cache” option. just click on it.
